STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME - INBOUND


Experience UMPSA beyond the classroom.
Our international mobility and exchange programmes offer students the opportunity to study in a dynamic academic environment while discovering Malaysia’s rich culture and global perspectives.
Through this programme, students enhance academic knowledge, intercultural competence, and personal growth. Courses completed during the exchange may be transferred and recognised upon successful completion, subject to academic approval.

 

1. HOW TO APPLY

  • Select your preferred courses and study period.
  • Complete the online Application Form. (click here)
  • After submission, the International Office will review your application and contact you directly regarding approval and confirmation.

 

REQUIREMENT AND ELIGIBILIYT 

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at your home university.
  • Possess strong English skills for effective communication.
  • Agree to comply with the rules and regulations of UMPSA 
  • Take responsibility for all personal expenses during the mobility program.


What are the requirements for the application? 

  1. Copy of the applicant's passport information page (valid for at least 18 months from the intake date) 
  2. Academic transcripts 
  3. Passport-size photograph with a white background (guidelines)
  4. Confirmation letter from the home institution (sample)
  5. A completed Inbound Application form.
